Our Working Method
Let's get started!
We would like to get to know everyone who joins us. Who are you? What do you want to do here? And most importantly, do you have any experience?
In our workshop, we have potentially dangerous machines that should only be operated by someone who knows how to use them. Don't worry, we can teach you! All our machines and tools are inspected according to NEN 3140 standards and comply with safety regulations.
Registration
Before you can start, you need to register with us. You can do this on our website or together with us at the workshop. During registration, you will need to sign our terms and conditions, which state, among other things, that working with us is at your own risk, and you confirm that you have liability insurance. Once you are registered, you will have your own account that you can top up with credit for easy use. Additionally, you can see what you have purchased from us.
Workshop credit
In the workshop we work with a credit system. This means that you can add credit to your account in advance to use the workshop. After your working day, we will debit the used credit from your account. You can also use the credit to purchase small materials such as screws, drills, bits, etc. in our self-service shop. That will quickly save you a trip to the hardware store! PLEASE NOTE: Workshop credit is possible not are used to book courses.
Rent a work space
You can rent a workbench from us by the hour. Depending on the space you need for your project, choose a suitable workbench. The use of a workbench includes hand tools. There is a surcharge for electric tools and use of the machinery. Check out our rates for more information.
Utilize small materials (drills, screws, bits, etc.)
Small materials are not included in the rental of a workplace or tools. You can bring this yourself or buy it from us. We have a self-service shop where you can buy things like screws, drills, router bits, sandpaper, jigsaws, wood glue, mouth masks and more.
Machine park usage
Our machine park has a number of rock-solid machines. We are happy to help you get started with them. Some have more experience than others.
